Ingredients:  Wheat flour, water, salt, kansui (sodium and potassium carbonate).

Allergen Information:  Contains: Wheat (Gluten). May contain traces of Egg and Soy (shared production lines).

Packaging Options:  Vacuum-packed in 1kg packs. Non-vacuum available on request.

This product is available fresh or frozen.

• Fresh: best used within a few days of receipt when kept refrigerated.

• Frozen: can be stored for 1–3 months when kept frozen.

• Fresh: keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.

• Frozen: store at -18°C or below.
  

Keep packaging sealed to prevent the skins from drying out, and avoid repeated thawing and refreezing.
