Our Cantonese egg noodle is known for its firm bite and springy texture. We make it with corn-fed hen and duck eggs, and our own custom-milled high-protein flour using wheat largely from Canada and Australia. It is the classic choice for Hong Kong-style wanton noodle soup, dry-tossed noodles and roasted-meat noodle dishes, delivering the authentic taste and texture of traditional Cantonese cooking. Available in Standard and Premium grades and cut to suit different chef and restaurant preferences.

This product is available fresh or frozen.
Fresh: best consumed within 3–5 days when kept refrigerated.
Frozen: can be stored for up to 6 months when kept frozen.

Fresh: keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.
Frozen: store at -18°C or below.
