Our Egg Wanton Skin delivers the same delicate texture as our egg-less Wanton Skin with the added richness, colour and flavour of egg. A popular upgrade for restaurants wanting a richer mouthfeel in their wanton dumplings, served fried or in soup. Rolled fine for a silky, slightly chewy finish once cooked.

Available in a range of circle and square sizes.

This product is available fresh or frozen.
Fresh: best used within a few days of receipt when kept refrigerated.
Frozen: can be stored for 1–3 months when kept frozen.
For the best quality and texture, use within the recommended storage period.
To maintain freshness and quality, please store according to the product type.
Fresh: keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.
Frozen: store at -18°C or below.
Keep packaging sealed to prevent the skins from drying out, and avoid repeated thawing and refreezing.
