Egg Sui Kow Skin

Our Egg Sui Kow Skin combines the strength of our Sui Kow wrapper with the richer flavour and golden colour of egg, creating a slightly chewier bite than the plain version. Designed for larger dumplings, it provides excellent durability while enhancing the finished presentation.

Available in a range of circle and square sizes.

This product is available fresh or frozen.
Fresh: best used within a few days of receipt when kept refrigerated.
Frozen: can be stored for 1–3 months when kept frozen.
For the best quality and texture, use within the recommended storage period.
To maintain freshness and quality, please store according to the product type.
Fresh: keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.
Frozen: store at -18°C or below.
Keep packaging sealed to prevent the skins from drying out, and avoid repeated thawing and refreezing.
